Life and Work
When I started in Alix remember seeing this nice little lady walking briskly down the halls. She was very smart looking and she had this look of authority about her. You would her the kids say "that's Miss Sanderson, watch out for her". so it was with a little bit of fear and respect that I went into grade seven and had her for my teacher. My fear soon went away but my respect never went away. she was a wonderful, very dedicated, hard working teacher. She was strict but not unfair. She was the type of a teacher who was able to fit in some life lessons along with our regular subjects which we all needed. With what she had to work with it was a miracle she got us through those dreaded grad nine diploma exams. she worked so hared getting ready for those exams.
