Sunnybrook Farm Museum

Step into Alberta’s rich farming history at Red Deer’s oldest farm, where every corner tells a story of resilience, innovation, and community. At Sunnybrook Farm Museum, history comes alive through our carefully preserved historic buildings, fascinating exhibits, and an impressive collection of vintage tractors that showcase the evolution of agriculture in Central Alberta.

Wander through the grounds to experience life as it was for Alberta’s early settlers. Explore the charming log house, the blacksmith shop, and the dairy barn, among our many buildings. Participate in hands-on activities like milking Betsy the cow and learn how pioneer families lived and worked through interactive stations and demonstrations of lovingly restored farming equipment at special events.

Sunnybrook Farm Museum is more than just a museum—it’s a place to create memories. Whether you’re here for a family day out, attending one of our exciting events, or enjoying the tranquility of our scenic surroundings, there’s something to captivate visitors of all ages.
