Conference FAQ
Who can attend Coming Home?
Coming Home is open to museum staff and volunteers, board members, heritage organizations, community partners, students and anyone interested in the work of small and community-based museums.
Do I have to be a CARMN member?
No. While the conference is hosted by CARMN, membership is not required to attend.
What does registration include?
Conference registration includes access to conference programming, learning sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, networking opportunities and the conference tradeshow.
Can I attend for only one day?
Registration options will be announced once registration opens.
Is there a Friday evening event?
Yes. A separate evening event featuring dinner and a performance will be offered during the conference.
Is there a pre-conference event?
Yes. A special pre-conference event is planned for April 8 at the Canadian Tractor Museum in Westlock.
Can I exhibit at the conference?
Yes. The Coming Home Tradeshow will have a maximum of 20 exhibitor spaces. Each booth is $250.
